Exod 14:13
Be still and know am the Lord
Written by Racheal Nachuka
Be still, and know that I am God" comes from Psalm 46:10 in the Bible.
Meaning of the Verse
• Be Still: In the original Hebrew, the phrase comes from the word rapha, which means to let your hands drop, slacken, or stop fighting and anxiously trying to control things.
• Know That I Am God: It is a call to recognize God's supreme authority, power, and sovereignty rather than relying on your own strength during chaos or crisis.
• Exalted: The verse concludes with God declaring that He will be exalted among the nations and throughout the earth.
May God's Word strengthen and encourage you.
